Youth Recreation League (Under 14 on Jan 1, 2011)

Introductory 10 week program for girls from ages 8 to 13.

Practices and games are Saturday mornings in May, June and July, and will alternate between Oakville and Burlington locations (subject to final field allocations).

No long weekends.

Season kick-off Clinic (included with registration) will be Saturday April 30 at Corpus Christi Catholic Secondary School in Burlington from 10 a.m. - 12 noon.

Required equipment – field hockey stick, shin guards, mouth guard

All participants receive team jersey and socks, as well as a team photo.

League fee: $100.00 plus mandatory FHO/FHC fee ($20 or $30)

Junior House League (under 18 on January 1, 2011)

For high school age girls with or without experience and experienced older elementary girls ages 13 – 18

12 to 15 game schedule includes playoffs

Teams play and practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from early May through mid to late July at various fields. Fields are located in:

• Burlington – Corpus Christi High School

• Oakville - St Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Secondary School

• North Halton – Bishop Redding High School, Milton

All participants receive their team’s jersey and socks, as well as a team photo.

Banquet/ awards event at season end

Required equipment – field hockey stick, shin guards, mouth guard

League fee: $145.00 plus mandatory FHO/FHC fee ($30)

Senior League (Women 18 and over, as of Jan 1, 2011)

A local league that plays on Thursday evenings

All skill and experience levels welcome.

Season includes 12 games plus play-offs and runs from early May through mid – late August.

Fields are located in Oakville and Burlington.

Team jersey and socks are included with registration.

Required equipment – field hockey stick, shin guards, mouth guard

League fee: $132.00 plus mandatory FHO/FHC fee ($68)

Weekend tournament opportunities (extra fees apply) –

- FHO Open Grass tournament – tentative date June 4, 2011.

- Provincial Club Tournament (artificial turf) 

- Masters Tournament (30 years and over)
