Fee notes:

Mandatory FHO/FHC fees cover membership year Sept. 1, 2009 – Aug. 31, 2010. Players who did not register for an Indoor or elite program or Masters Tournament Fall 2009 or Winter 2010 must pay these at Spring/Summer registration.

Born January 1, 2002 or later - $20.00

Born January 1, 1992 or later - $30.00

Born before January 1, 1992 - $68.00

Family discount

If registering 3 players residing at the same address, a 10% discount may be applied to the total fee.

If registering 4 players residing at the same address, a 15% discount may be applied to the total fee.
