Registrations are accepted for all programs until available spaces are filled. Don’t be disappointed – get registrations in right away! Registrations submitted after March 31 deadline are subject to a $10 late fee.

NSF cheques are subject to an administrative fee up to $30.
- Interac (email) money transfer, the signed registration form may be scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Mandatory FHO/FHC fees cover membership year September 1, 2012 – August 31, 2013. Online registration/payment is preferred. Pay online at www.fieldhockeyontario.com (Members from last year must login to renew membership)
Note: Those who registered for Fall 2012 or Winter 2013 Indoor programs do not need to register FHO for Outdoor 2013.

Family discounts available:
- If registering 3 players residing at the same address, a 10% discount may be applied to the total fee.
- If registering 4 players residing at the same address, a 15% discount may be applied to the total fee.
Children’s Fitness Tax Credit Receipts will be issued after December 2012 for eligible payments.
