JUNIOR RECREATIONAL LEAGUE

Players focus on the “Training to Train” portion of the  Long-Term Hockey Development (LTHD) framework, based on Canada’s Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, supplementing the skills they learn in highschool. Skill training and physical development continue to be a key focus. Outdoor (turf) season runs from late April to the end of August and is played at Oakville or Burlington locations, and Indoor season runs from November to March in Oakville.

2024 Outdoor Season

Our summer season runs for 9 weeks starting Tuesday, July 2, 2024.

New and experienced players are welcome.

Open to athletes born 2006-2009

U16/U18 Summer Outdoor

7:30-8:30 PM

Norton Park, Burlington

This is a 9-week development session for athletes entering grade eight in fall 2024.

Session fee: $185

Required Equipment

Players MUST wear shin pads, a mouth guard, and proper athletic shoes.

If you need to borrow a stick, no problem! We will have a limited amount on hand each week.
