YOUTH HOUSE LEAGUE

An introductory and development house league program for players six years to 13 years old (Elementary school-aged). Outdoor (turf) season runs from late April to the end of August and is played at Oakville or Burlington locations, and Indoor season runs from October to March in Oakville.

 

Players are divided into age groups that follow the learning stages set out in the Long-Term Hockey Development (LTHD) framework, based on Canada’s Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.

2025 Indoor Field Hockey Season

Our Indoor season runs for 16 weeks, split into two sessions.
The fall session
starts Saturday, October 25th.


SESSION A (8 weeks): OCTOBER 25 - DECEMBER 13, 2025
SESSION B (8 weeks): JANUARY 10  - MARCH 7, 202


New and experienced players are welcome.

U10 Fall / Winter Indoor

October - December and January - March

1 day/week, 1 hour

Saturdays between 9-11:00 am

YOUTH

U14 Fall / Winter Indoor

October - December and January - March

Saturdays between 9-11 am

Required Equipment

Players MUST wear shin pads, a mouth guard, and proper, unmarking indoor athletic shoes.

Players can NOT use their outdoor sticks in the gym. Indoor sticks are lighter and thinner. If you need to borrow one, no problem! We will have some on hand each week.
