JUNIOR HOUSE LEAGUE
Players focus on the “Training to Train” portion of the Long-Term Hockey Development (LTHD) framework, based on Canada’s Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, supplementing the skills they learn in highschool. Skill training and physical development continue to be a key focus. Outdoor (turf) season runs from late April to the end of August and is played at Oakville or Burlington locations, and Indoor season runs from November to March in Oakville.
