High Performance U14 Heroes tryouts

The Halton Field Hockey Club is looking for girls born in 1998 or later to participate on the High Performance U14 Heroes team.

This is an excellent opportunity to further skill development and play 7 a side games in at least two tournaments. A full summer commitment (May – August) is required with training every Thursday Night at Notre Dame Secondary School from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The first tournament is May Meltdown in Mississauga on May 25th weekend so we need to get a team together quickly.
The second tournament available to the Heroes is hosted by the Canadian Field Hockey and Cultural Club happening July 14-15 in Mississauga. Mandatory try-out information is below.

When: Mandatory try-out Thursday May 10th 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Where: Notre Dame Secondary School (Burlington)

Cost: $150.00 (initial-due May 17) up to $225.00 total for the season; final amount to be determined based on length of season and whether there is an additional tournament.

Halton FHC 5th Annual Season Opening Clinic!

An enormous thank you to all that contributed to making Saturday’s event a huge success. This was our largest turnout to date with a total of 85 players on the field and thankfully we were blessed with great weather!

HFHC offers a variety of training opportunities for coaches and umpires, so previous experience is not necessary.

The Halton Field Hockey Club supports and is committed to the Zero Tolerance/ Rzone policies in place in the communities in which we operate.

What is Zero Tolerance/ Rzone?
An operating procedure that identifies a code of conduct which applies to community recreation and cultural centres, facilities, parks and programs. The procedure enforces a set of expectations around violence, vandalism and inappropriate behaviour for participants and the general public.
